- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the site, including staffing and resource management.
- Ensuring the team consistently delivers on key performance indicators.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, deputising for the Operations Manager as needed.
- Championing a safe and compliant working environment, adhering strictly to health and safety policies.

This permanent, full-time position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern, with rotating early (5:30 am - 2:00 pm) and late (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) shifts. The salary offered is £35,000 per annum.
