  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, deputising for the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Championing a safe and compliant working environment, adhering strictly to health and safety policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated recent experience in leading teams, utilizing various leadership styles, techniques, and coaching methodologies.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: A strong track record of developing teams to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: The ability to implement plans, prioritize effectively, and translate strategic goals into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior skills in liaising with different departments and clearly articulating expectations and quality standards.
  • Logistics/Transport Background (Ideal): Previous experience within a logistics or transport environment would be a significant advantage.

This permanent, full-time position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern, with rotating early (5:30 am - 2:00 pm) and late (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) shifts. The salary offered is £35,000 per annum.
