ABOUT THE ROLE As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll be working in one of our stunning Partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation there. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first-class guest experience. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.50 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements. Key Responsibilities Day-today responsibilities will include: - Showing flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed. Always ready to lend a hand to your fellow team members. and ensure the smooth running of the hotel. - Adhering to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for both fellow Partners and guests. - Using your excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks. - Interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and sharing your passion for good food and drink. Essential skills/experience you'll need - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Great customer service skills. - Good organisational skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise. Desirable skills/experience you may have - Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
