ABOUT THE ROLE Loyalty is a cornerstone of the Waitrose business strategy and a top priority for the Partnership. As our Proposition Manager, you will join a team dedicated to transforming how we reward and engage our customers. You will sit at the heart of the Waitrose Loyalty proposition, balancing the "run" of existing schemes with the "build" of future innovations. This is a role for a commercial, data-driven thinker who is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and is experienced in delivering change at pace. What youâll be doing: * Proposition Development & Delivery: Develop and launch new propositions while ensuring robust annual plans are in place for existing ones * Operational Excellence: Alongside the Loyalty Operations team, ensure seamless execution and a premium experience for our customers * Strategic Growth: Support the Senior Manager in defining costs, benefits, and OKRs, using a growth mindset to constantly innovate. * Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Navigate and influence teams across Customer, Commercial, Data, Tech, and Comms to bring complex propositions to life What weâre looking for: * Proven experience in loyalty proposition development with the ability to blend brand strategy with commercial drivers * A data-driven approach and confidence in setting and monitoring performance metrics (OKRs) * The ability to manage complexity and navigate a large, cross-functional business to get things done * A genuine passion for the customer journey and a desire to contribute to a "Happier World In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
