Organise daily operations for food and beverage across the Hotel, ensuring excellence in brand standards whilst collaborating with the Kitchen Team to maintain high standards of quality and service.Training coaching and developing the team to deliver the guest and brand promisesRecruit, train and manage a high performing food and beverage team, providing ongoing coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.Monitor guest feedback and address issues by implementing effective systems to measure and improve guest satisfaction levels.Manage revenue forecasts, cost controls and financial performance whilst identifying and implementing strategies for revenue growth to achieve financial targets.What youâll bringâ¦.
