From HR Business Partners to Compensation and Benefits and from Employee Relations to People Services, we've set ourselves up to serve our people, our customers and our business in the best way possible.</p> <p><strong>WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the HRBP/ site leaders to deliver the strategic business & HR plan, and support managers to develop people management capabilities</li> <li>Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support delivery of change initiatives alongside HRBP and Operations including delivery of individual consultations</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide HR support to contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda in delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a wide variety of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and the delivery of key projects</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with current and proposed employment legislation and local arrangements, to ensure consistency, accuracy and best practice</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management, including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements</li> <li>Support the management of employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence.
