Who You Are:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Green Belt Six Sigma or advanced manufacturing process analysis.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in process engineering.
• Proven experience leading teams of up to 15 specialists.
• A robust understanding of data- and quality-driven manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins).
• A strong ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
