This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Business Systems team in the support, development and implementation of our administrative IT systems. Working as part of the management team in IT Services, you will work closely with stakeholders across the University to ensure that our IT systems meet the needs of the organisation.
The post-holder will be accountable for the management and operational delivery of the corporate business systems and services provided by the Business Systems team.
This role requires a high level of leadership, independence, initiative, and sound judgement. You will work closely with senior managers, balancing their priorities with those of the University as a whole to ensure that IT system developments deliver mutual value and benefit.
We are seeking someone who can collaborate effectively with senior leaders and provide strategic direction, ensuring our IT systems remain robust, efficient, and aligned with institutional goals.

In-depth knowledge of software applications and systems applied to business outcomes (eg.
