What you will be doing Key Responsibilities: Risk Leadership of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function including development and ownership of the Risk Management framework. Alignment of risk strategy to business strategic aims and objectives. Advise the executive team on key strategic and operational risks, controls and mitigation activities. Drive a strong risk culture across the organisation, ensuring risk is adequately considered in decision making. Maintain strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Ethics Serve as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on ethical matters, covering all compliance policies. Establish, update, and oversee the implementation of policies. Promote a strong ethical culture, fostering transparency, integrity and accountability across the organisation. Design and implement ethics training and drive initiatives and/or comms to improve ethical awareness and behaviour. G&A Lead our governance framework, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry best practice, including ownership of the Submarines Operating Model. Ensure compliance to uphold integrity in our decision making, enhancing accountability, and driving transparency across the organisation. Oversight of risk management, compliance, internal controls and audit activities; providing independent insight to the exec. Implementation of an Assurance Strategy and Framework helping to safeguard the integrity, reputation and resilience in the business.
