Job Description Services DBU Facilities Transformation Manager - Submarines Full time Derby, What you will be doing Leading requirements capture such that new facilities for Services are designed to maximise the capabilities required to support RRSLs mission to optimise submarine availability. To ensure that world class capability is effectively utilised to provide products and services that satisfy business requirements. Lead the development of increased services scope, converting new scope into physical operational capabilities. Responsibilities - To provide technical leadership to the Engineering resource group and ensure compliance to process throughout the life cycle activity and optimising safety, quality, cost delivery and people excellence. - To own business strategy and programme to ensure that the capabilities and resources necessary to deliver the strategy have been identified. - To contribute to current and future business strategy/programme requirements and support the budget and load and capacity process. - To lead and manage the functional interfaces and to ensure that appropriate reviews takes place throughout the engineering lifecycle processes involving appropriate experienced specialists and leaders. - Lead the business case, stakeholder management and communications.
