This includes defining, launching, and managing products across multiple operators and platformsâ¯- and working with key Partners to expand the breadth of experiences offered to Ents OS customers.⯠The Head of Product will drive the product roadmap for Beyond TV (predominantly Gaming) through:â¯â¯ Defining the productâ¯vision;⯠Clearly articulating the supporting customer and commercialâ¯insight;⯠Collaborating with business stakeholders toâ¯establishâ¯the product strategy andâ¯objectives;⯠Setting the key results that will measureâ¯success;⯠Work with design and engineering teams to develop the productâ¯experience;⯠Monitor the productâ¯set, andâ¯drive the onward roadmap.⯠The role involves working with stakeholders at all levels across the Sky and Comcast group, and syndication partners and content partners,â¯to deliver a world leading product experience to customers.⯠⯠What youâll do: Shape and own a bold, global product vision and strategy for Gaming and Beyond TV across platform features, partner onboarding, and customer experiences, aligned to company strategy and centred on customer value.⯠Act as the subject matter expert for Gaming,â¯maintainingâ¯deep knowledge of the global gaming industry, emerging trends, and opportunities to bring compelling play experiences to the big screen.⯠Lead the development of product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities, balancing short- and medium-term deliverables with a clear long-term vision for a best-in-class Gaming offering.⯠Drive key Gaming and Beyond TV initiatives end-to-end, from initiation and planning through to delivery, defining requirements and working closely with architecture, engineering, design, and core experience teams to shape solutions.⯠Identify, onboard, and manage strategic Gaming and Beyond TV partners across cloud gaming, casual gaming, backend services, andâ¯new contentâ¯types, ensuring high-quality end-user experiences and strong platform performance.⯠Own senior relationships with product and technology counterparts at key partners, managing partners at varying stages of maturity from startups to large enterprise organisations.⯠Support business development byâ¯identifyingâ¯and articulating the value of new partnerships, including commercial opportunity, customer impact, and technical delivery considerations.⯠Collaborate with internal business partners across Sky,â¯Xumo, Xfinity, and other stakeholders to understand market needs, align on strategy, and drive global adoption.⯠Work with platform and experience teams to ensure Gaming and Beyond TV experiences surface on the platform in the most effective way, driving customer engagement, habit formation, and long-term value.⯠Feed into Group Product and business roadmap planning to ensure initiatives are accurately captured, prioritised, and aligned with wider organisational strategy.⯠Use customer feedback, product data, and success metrics to inform prioritisation, measure outcomes, and continuously improve product performance.⯠Provide clear leadership through ambiguity, making sound trade-offs, setting priorities, and ensuring effective decision-making across a wide range of senior stakeholders.⯠Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging, presenting practical recommendations to senior leadership to secure alignment and buy-in.⯠Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new products and experiences.⯠Establish and evolve product management processes and ways of working within the organisation, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.⯠Lineâ¯manageâ¯a team of Senior Product Leads, setting clear goals and direction, supporting their development and wellbeing, and creating an environment where the team can succeed.⯠What you'll bring: Gaming Industry Experience: Candidates must demonstrate current knowledge of the Gaming ecosystem (e.g. cloud gaming, casual gaming, platforms, publishers, monetisation models) and a clear understanding of Gaming customer and partner needs. Large-Scale Product Development Leadership: Demonstrable experience leading the end-to-end development of complex, large-scale products or platforms, including defining strategy, navigating ambiguity, setting direction, and delivering outcomes through cross-functional teams Senior Product Leadership Experience: Extensive years of product management experience, including ownership of a strategic, multi-year product roadmap for a complex product or platform. Experience must include influencing senior stakeholders, setting success metrics, and driving alignment across multiple teams and organisations. Partner Strategy Ownership: Proven experience owning and delivering partner strategies, including managing senior external partners. Candidates must demonstrate experience negotiating trade-offs, and delivering value through partnerships at scale.
