The ideal candidate will:

Have a strong track record of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team.Lead school improvement and raise educational standards for all children.Have an excellent knowledge of curriculum development from Early Years through to Year 6.Understand the strategic management of mixed age classes.Enjoy developing, coaching, and supporting team members to ensure they provide the best possible education and care for our pupils.Be able to communicate and deliver a robust ethos for the school.Have a proven track record of leading and managing staff.Be approachable and accessible to all staff, pupils and parents, demonstrating empathy and compassion.Have a strong knowledge base and extensive experience of supporting children with SEND.Be willing and able to get involved in all areas of school life showing flexibility and adaptability.
