We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy planning team. The successful candidate will undertake compliance work and administer S106 agreements to ensure that developer obligations are delivered to support affordable housing, education, highway works, open space and ecological enhancements.
The role is specialised so previous experience in this role is not essential. Training will be provided on the specifics of the role and there are numerous and regular training events within the wider department. The successful candidate will require excellent numeracy and consistent and highly effective organisation skills to undertake the complexities of the post.
