This is a pivotal position where you will be entrusted with the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the care home. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving and maintaining industry-leading standards of care.

Key Responsibilities to Drive Excellence:

  • Inspire and Lead Your Team: Provide strong leadership and effective management to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Champion Exceptional Care: Promote a culture of compassionate care, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with the latest guidelines, best practices, and all legislative and regulatory requirements.

  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Drive high levels of resident satisfaction and build excellent, lasting relationships with residents, their families, purchasers, and external agencies to enhance the home's reputation within the local community.

What We're Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Home Manager is essential.
  • Specialized Care Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the care of older people, particularly within residential and dementia care settings.
  • Financial Acumen: A solid ability to control and manage budgets and accounts effectively.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
