  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), ideally in a Product Owner or Business Analyst capacity.
  • Product Management Prowess: Proven experience in product ownership and product management, including the ability to craft compelling product roadmaps.
  • Agile & Software Implementation: Extensive experience in large-scale software implementations within cross-functional Agile settings, with a track record of driving significant change.
  • Requirement & Backlog Management: Strong skills in requirement elicitation, producing detailed business and functional specifications, and adept backlog management and grooming.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and roll out major initiatives across diverse business units.
