What You’ll Be Doing Build excellent customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and specialist product knowledge. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and solution-led conversations. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets. Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts. Engage in inside selling using customer insights to drive short, medium, and long-term strategies. Manage customer backorders and apply specialist knowledge to identify project opportunities. Own projects end-to-end or collaborate with pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, and promotions. Ensure service level agreements are met and customer expectations are managed. Sell the benefits of TD SYNNEX and our value proposition. Develop partner relationships through account planning and cross-selling. Provide accurate and timely quotations.
