As a Junior Designer, you will be part of the wider Brand and Design team, directly involved in the creative design process for projects. You will collaborate with the team to execute and deliver final design assets for stakeholders, as well as manage a variety of mini briefs that contribute to the successful completion of the Design Team’s workload.
Main responsibilities include:
Create and develop visually engaging artwork for dynamic campaigns across a variety of media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements for consistent, high-quality results.Design internal communication materials and customer-facing assets (such as posters, timetables, and signage) that adhere to brand guidelines and meet franchise obligations, driving brand consistency across all touchpoints.Collaborate with the wider team to produce print-ready artwork, ensuring compliance and proof-checking for each timetable change.Bring creative concepts to life through impactful design solutions, translating briefs, feedback, and insights from creative meetings into visually compelling work across all formats, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.Track and manage tasks efficiently using ClickUp, maintaining up-to-date progress, completing timesheets accurately, and demonstrating strong time management skills to meet deadlines and enhance team productivity.Skills Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications required:
