Job Description Job Title: Knowledge Analyst Working Pattern: 37 hours, Hybrid Working location - Derby, Permanent We are currently looking for an individual with a background in Information and Knowledge Management or a passion for improving how RRSL manages its knowledge and information. You will help to shape how RRSL and its industry partners collaborate and share information, as well as engaging with digital innovation across the enterprise. Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week. Key accountabilities: To support workstream leads to deliver the allocated IKM activities within RRSL working closely with internal stakeholders and our Industry Partners. Working potentially across SNN-A and Dreadnought, produce Integrated Working Agreement (IWA) documents that capture and outline how information flows between partners. This involves requirements gathering and managing, stakeholder management, small scale project management, effective communication, and attention to detail. Continuously improve the IKM team internal processes as well as streamlining the engineering processes involved in the exchange of information and digital collaboration. Engage with our Industry Partners and understand their working structure to establish common solutions for IKM delivery. Ensuring the IKM requirements are delivered in accordance with the timescales that the Programme requires. Representing Rolls Royce IKM requirements and risks within cross-organisation digital change programmes. Potentially support other IKM workstreams, including engaging with primary stakeholders within RRSL, capturing individual and team knowledge and or learning from experience. Experience in Data Management, Knowledge Management or Information Management activities is preferred, but not essential. Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams, delivery lead focused. Strong communication and literacy skills with attention to detail. Strong organisational and good presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to involve resources and facilitate event workshops and meetings. Networking skills to engage with contacts required to get things done.
