We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who is organised, adaptable and able to inspire people of all ages to engage in inclusive outdoor education. Key responsibilities of the post include operational supervision of the UW Lakeside Campus and its team of part time outdoor activity instructors. The post will suit someone with a secondary or further education specialism looking to educate lifelong learning based in the outdoors, and/or those with a specialist degree or equivalent work-based qualification(s) and applied experience in the field of outdoor education or activity. The successful candidate will be highly safety conscious, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a professional staff team.
