The candidate will combine business (corporate governance, business control, developing business solutions, design skills), technical (Public and Private Cloud, APIs, Traditional hosting, event driven architectures etc), architectural (feasibility assessments, roadmaps etc) and personal skills (agile & digital mindset, strong communication, leadership skills and embodiment of values) to support the Platform from an architectural perspective. Overall, this role proposes the strategic direction of architecture and drives the change management for Risk. What youâll need Demonstrable years experience as a Lead Architect role, having successfully set the architecture vision and strategy within financial services, is essential Breadth of experience in architecture, in a regulated industry including an understanding of relevant FCA/PRA regulatory requirements in relation to financial services' Gravitas and impact to operate at a director level. Youâll use strong storytelling skills, both written and verbally, in how you present your communication recommendations in line with priorities.
