About this opportunity Join the CS&E Colleague Channels Lab and help shape the transformation of journeys across Business and Commercial Banking. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers and external partners to support the smooth delivery of complex, high‑value initiatives. This is a collaborative, learning‑focused environment with a strong Community of Practice, personalised development pathways and plenty of opportunities to grow. Your work will directly support the success of monthly releases, major deliverables and the stability of essential banking platforms, all within a culture that values diversity, inclusion and the unique contribution every colleague brings. You’ll play a key role at platform level, coordinating dependencies between the CS&E Colleague Channels lab and stakeholders across the wider Group — including other platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third‑party partners. You’ll support both business and technology change, often leading the coordination of complex or high‑risk implementations. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Customer Journey Managers and wider collaborators, you’ll maintain a clear view of delivery forecasts, dependencies, risks and progress, helping teams stay aligned and confident as we move work forward. What your responsibilities will include: Keeping delivery progressing by monitoring and coordinating dependencies across several teams and external collaborators. Coordinating monthly release cycles, ensuring scope is clear, progress is visible, and everyone is set up for successful delivery. Building and maintaining roadmaps that highlight key achievements, integration points, and the work ahead. Spotting risks early, collaborating with colleagues to build practical solutions and keep outcomes on track. Engaging collaborators at all levels, sharing clear, transparent updates that help teams stay aligned and confident. Championing agile ways of working, supporting your teams as they embed new practices and continually improve how we deliver together. What you’ll need Experience coordinating complex delivery in large and highly matrixed organisations, ideally within the financial services sector, where Agile ways of working are well‑established. Confidence partnering with engineering teams, supported by a strong technical understanding that helps you ask the right questions and make informed, balanced decisions. Strong planning, tracking, and governance skills, with the ability to keep work visible, organised, and progressing smoothly. A proactive approach to risk and issue management, spotting challenges early and working with colleagues to shape practical, sustainable solutions. A commitment to delivering great customer outcomes, using insight and feedback to shape coordinated, outcome‑focused solutions that meet real needs. A hands‑on approach to delivery, taking ownership of plans, coordinating teams, and communicating clearly with collaborators to bring solutions to life from start to finish. Nice to have: experience working with CRM platforms or customer‑servicing technologies. Experience working with AI technologies.
