  • Waiver and Amendment Management: Reviewing, negotiating, and managing all waiver and amendment requests, including potential Events of Default.
  • Secondary Debt Trade Support: Reviewing and approving documentation for secondary debt trades and transfers.

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive records, including lender contact lists and hard/electronic filing systems.
