Lloyd's are seeking to recruit a MRC Operations Associate for a 6 Month Period on an FTC (Fixed Term Contract). You will provide comprehensive PA Support to the Chief Actuary and MRC Leadership team including management of key MRC activities. Principal Accountabilities Extensive diary management and inbox management responding, prioritising and facilitating responses as appropriate. Arranging, preparing and coordinating meetings, events, and presentations (including agendas, content and venues both internally and externally). As required, ensure the Chief Actuary and MRC Leadership team are adequately prepared for upcoming meetings, trips and events with the appropriate information. Pro-active preparation of documents on behalf of MRC Organise travel arrangements and schedules, including some international travel as required. Preparing and submitting expenses and raising orders/requisitions. Providing comprehensive support in communicating with other stakeholders and organising major market wide workshops in support of a range of initiatives that involves the Chief Actuary. Making sure the Chief Actuary is engaging with the right people within the market and coordinating regular meetings, within those meetings making sure they have the right information or briefing notes to bring them up to speed. Support the wider MRC operations team including supporting administrative support for project management activities Coordinate key activities between MRC and other Lloyd functions Drive and contribute to Culture & Wellbeing initiatives across MRC. Manage the relationship with Actuarial Community of Practice (ACoP) as a key coordinator to the network, including organisation tasks with committee members, scope and planning events, promoting engagement, updating SharePoint and managing budget. Skills Knowledge and Experience Experience of providing comprehensive support to Director/ Senior Executive/ Head of Function. Working collaboratively within a team and stakeholders to deliver high quality PA support. Adherence to agreed governance processes and procedures. Track record of achieving high professional standards. Working collaboratively within a team and stakeholders to deliver high quality outputs. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work at Executive Team and operational levels.
