An opportunity has arisen for an experience MSK Service Lead at the Basinghall Clinic. In this role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team in which you will lead and support a team of MSK Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and MSK Physicians. There is a key focus on providing people management, clinical and operational leadership to the MSK team; to ensure the efficient delivery of a comprehensive and progressive therapeutic approach to the assessment and rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal conditions. You will also have responsibility for being responsive to the needs of the business and relevant development of service. Youâll help us make health happen by: Managing the team of MSK Clinicians within the Basinghall Clinic, engaging and motivating them through one to ones, briefings, team meetings. Attending and leading on organising MSK specific events along with attending and contributing to MDT meetings. Managing any clinical and operational MSK related complaints within the Basinghall Clinic, ensuring outstanding professional and customer service standards are delivered by the MSK team. Assessing and treating MSK conditions for our patients Providing clinical advice to the MSK and Administration teams. Managing any clinical and operational MSK related complaints within the Basinghall Clinic. Ensure corrective action is taken to prevent re-occurrence. Feedback to clinic manager where necessary. Ensuring outstanding professional and customer service standards are delivered by the MSK team, using customer satisfaction measures such as NPS survey results, complaints and immediate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in delivery, giving individual feedback where necessary. Managing of poor performance in accordance with policies. Creating performance plans for all employed MSK Clinicians. Ensuring the MSK team have necessary resources for CPD and that you direct them to appropriate books, articles, seminars, courses etc to help them achieve their objectives. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Practising member of the HCPC Extensive post-graduate working experience in musculoskeletal medicine Experience treating private patients Experience with sports injuries Experience of assessing clinical standards during appraisal and offering constructive feedback Experience treating private patients Experience with sports injuries Experience with Occupational Health preferential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Financial and commercial acumen Interest in continuing development â professional & business IT skills including proficient on Microsoft Office systems.
