What the Role Entails:

As an MCA Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and executing robust control frameworks. This involves a comprehensive approach to Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA), also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing control activities to support the MCA program, including regular attestations and quality oversight.

  • Adhering to established Operational Risk Management (ORM) policies, frameworks, and relevant standards.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of ORM tools and methodologies.

  • Providing recommendations for enhancing and improving the MCA process.
  • Supporting the tracking and reporting of MCA inventory.
  • Driving best practices and consistency in MCA execution across various business functions.
