This is an exciting opportunity for an NDT-focused professional to join a world-renowned leader in advanced manufacturing. Rolls-Royce's Advanced Blade Casting Facility (ABCF) in Rotherham is at the forefront of producing high-volume, single-crystal turbine blades, utilizing state-of-the-art automated processes and cutting-edge measurement techniques. If you are passionate about quality assurance and keen to contribute to safety-critical components, this role offers a compelling career path.

  • Advanced Technology Exposure: Work within a facility that leverages world-class automated processes, advanced manufacturing systems, and leading-edge measurement techniques. This exposure will keep your skills current and in demand.
  • Professional Development: Rolls-Royce is committed to your growth. You will receive comprehensive training, access to online learning tools, and long-term career opportunities within an industry-leading organization.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The role offers a competitive salary of £36,852 plus a £6,650 per annum shift allowance. Beyond salary, you’ll benefit from 33 days of holiday, generous pension contributions (up to 12%), and a comprehensive benefits package including employee discounts, access to mental health and wellbeing support, and on-site facilities like a restaurant and gym.
