ROLE SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for positively influencing customers prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in a given territory in compliance with AZ CO.

What youll do

Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territoryDrive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectationsDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territoryComply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product

Essential for the role

Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical sciencePrevious experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry more than 1 YearComprehensive understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplaceProven Project Management skillsOutstanding selling skillsExpertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointPlanning and organization skillsImpactful presentation skillsFluency in English

Desirable for the role

Previous experience in Cardiovascular therapy area is preferredPrevious experience in private & MOH sectors
