Your Role!
As Multisite General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple leisure centres and the Leisure Service, ensuring delivery of Council priorities, financial sustainability, and exceptional customer experience. You will take full responsibility for multi-site business plans, budgets, and performance, driving income growth, reducing subsidy, and embedding service excellence. You will have proven experience of driving membership growth.
This is a highly strategic role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead change programmes, develop partnerships, and implement innovative solutions. You will champion health, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance, governance, and safety standards across all sites.

About You!
Proven experience in multisite management within the commercial leisure, hospitality, or fitness sector – this is essential.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Demonstrable experience managing budgets, KPIs, and P&L, with a track record of delivering commercial growth and reducing subsidy.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive change.Knowledge of health, fitness, and wellbeing services, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Relevant qualifications (degree level or equivalent) and strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and operational standards.What's in it for you?
