Key Responsibilities to Master:
Your daily activities will be crucial to the smooth running of the store and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Stock Replenishment: Ensuring shelves are always well-stocked and products are positioned correctly for easy customer access.
- Online Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing online orders for prompt delivery to customers' homes.
- Waste Reduction: Implementing product due diligence and markdown strategies for items approaching their sell-by dates, contributing to sustainability and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting colleagues across various store functions, including checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand orders.
- Maintaining a Safe Environment: Performing general shopkeeping duties to ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for everyone.
