  • Adherence to Excellence: Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, operational guidelines, stock management, security protocols, and reporting activities, upholding the highest standards of integrity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury or premium retail sector.
  • A profound understanding of exceptional luxury customer service principles.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
  • The capacity to excel both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.
