Key Contributions You'll Make:

- Realize Measurable Value: Directly connect FICO Platform capabilities to tangible business outcomes across diverse industries, including banking, insurance, and telecommunications.

- Facilitate Transformation: Empower clients to become proficient and self-sufficient users of the FICO Platform by managing change effectively.
- Ensure Technical Excellence: Collaborate closely with technical teams (DevOps, Engineering, IT) to guarantee secure, scalable, and compliant platform deployments.
- Proactive Risk Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), usage patterns, and service health to proactively identify and address potential risks or optimization opportunities.
