You will bring domain-specific Agile expertise to the professional development of our team members; mentoring, developing skills, managing performance, supporting recruitment, and knowledge sharing. This role sets guidelines, provides best practice examples and guides the professional capability development of the people within our onshore, offshore and partner teams. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the practices and relationships in our partner site in India.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional delivery portfolio end to end, across the UK, Consultancies and JLR India Champion Agile, DevOps and Product delivery approaches - including 'as-a-product' mindset Work with amazing software engineers, product managers, architects and senior leadership across the organisation Be a true servant leader, a cultural architect, who facilitates program execution, impediment removal, risk and dependency management, and continuous improvement across the Teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Large-scale, multi-team, multi-vendor agile delivery background with multi-million-pound budgets Industry leading experiences and working examples of implementing effective delivery methods at scale, and empirically improving them Understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program Transformation and delivery in an Enterprise The passion and drive to accelerate JLR on it's journey to becoming the best tech, modern luxury and sustainable mobility company in the world
