WHAT TO EXPECT
The role will be accountable for supporting the delivery of cross-brand value-generating workstreams across the elevated and extended offers, with a key focus of driving value across Halo, Bespoke & Accessories. It will support cross-brand governance and cadence to ensure short-term value delivery for FY26, as well as long-term enterprise transformation project delivery required for sustainable growth.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Support the delivery of key workstreams within the Elevated & Extended Offer framework Work with cross-functional stakeholders and accountable leads to ensure progress is made on each project, in line with the initial commitments (on time delivery & to a KPI metric – value etc) Report out the status of key workstreams on a weekly basis through the aligned governances and KPI report out packs Identify incremental areas of opportunity to improve end-to-end processes & capabilities and / or deliver incremental value over and above the business plan Participate and contribute to quarterly planning process, aligning with the rest of the Cross Brand Optimisation team on top priorities, and agreement of which projects will be delivered within each quarter
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Strong business acumen and financial understanding, including ability to understand and scrutinise financial and technical reporting Previous experience of successful delivery of cross functional projects Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, to be able to confidently represent the team in cross-functional and senior forums Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result Strong interpersonal/communication skills, including ability to manage/lead/support cross enterprise relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
