WHAT TO EXPECT
The Portfolio Excellence Lead will support Brand Optimisation within a newly restructured Commercial chapter. This role is pivotal in facilitating, coordinating, and delivering key activities to optimise Brand Optimisations core business activities for long-term sustainable change across the House of Brands.
This high-impact role offers significant senior exposure and engagement, making it an excellent fit for a high-performing, driven individual who thrives under pressure and excels in managing multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of a broad range of topics.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Provide general support on projects in a number of areas; governance requirements, reporting, assurance processes, project management processes, general communications to support the delivery of all Brand Optimisation initiatives Support in driving the Brand Optimisation operating model to increase overall business performance, promote consistency and improved achievement of business targets / FY KPI's Maintain the Initiative Management System Backlog including initiative tracking, reporting, ad hoc functionality development Support development of data analytics & digital tools that report quality data, identify incremental opportunities or risks to mitigate, ensuring the Brand Optimisation teams are well-provided with standard datasets and any new requests are prioritised correctly Develop effective relationships across multiple functions through robust stakeholder management skills
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience as a PMO/Project Analyst and of using Project Management Tools Data Analytics capability – including specific proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft Excel incl. VBA and Think-Cell extension skills Proficiency in Agile methodologies / systems / tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, Lucid Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, to be able to confidently represent the team in cross-functional and Chapter forums Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result
