We are looking for a Programmes Administrator to join our large Taught Programmes Team in the Faculty of Science. We care about student and staff well-being, providing an excellent service and University reputation. If you are an experienced administrator, and a good team player who also enjoys working independently, taking initiative and can handle a busy and varied workload, we would welcome an application from you.
We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual to play a key role supporting one of our departments, working closely with other team members and academic staff to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our degree programmes within the Faculty.

You will need to work closely with other team members, academic colleagues and students from across the world and other stakeholders, so effective communication skills are essential. You should also have good computer skills, with sound proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and the ability to learn the use of database systems and other bespoke software.
We are currently working a hybrid work pattern which would mean a minimum of 3 days on campus working, this is a full-time, permanent position.
If additional detail is required which is not contained in this advert and the job description/person specification, please contact the Taught Programmes Team Manager (Operations) Paula Gabriel for further detail: P.Gabriel@bath.ac.uk
