What You'll Contribute:

As a key member of the Markets Operations Transformation Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the strategic planning and execution of day-to-day program management activities.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with Technology, Operations, and central program teams to prioritize and deliver critical projects.
  • Leading working groups to drive collaboration, maintain momentum, and ensure focus across diverse teams.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and action items, with timely escalation when necessary.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to maximize program outcomes and navigate challenges.
  • Confidently reporting on program status through various formats to a range of stakeholders.
  • Maintaining meticulous organizational discipline in documentation and archival of program artifacts.
  • Communicating the impact and successes of the team's work within the broader organizational context.
  • Championing an innovative and continuous improvement culture within Markets Operations.

What You'll Bring:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven Transformation Experience: Previous experience in transformation roles is essential.
  • Passion for Change: A solid understanding of and enthusiasm for change management and process improvement methodologies, with a data-driven approach to driving change.
  • Financial Operations Acumen: Technical understanding of core banking and markets operations processes (e.g., allocations, reconciliations, confirmations, payment processing). Experience in an Operations line role is a significant advantage.
