As a member of the Risk Finance & Treasury (RFT) Data Office, you will be instrumental in shaping the data strategy for critical business domains. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the work backlog, ensuring value delivery aligns with Program Increment goals and release content.
  • Oversee the Data Quality (DQ) Management aspect for RFT, including roadmap delivery, KPIs, and remediation of DQ issues.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to geographically dispersed teams, acting as a senior escalation point.
  • Analyze and assess trends from high volumes of data, directing remediation efforts.
  • Monitor and report on data quality levels, articulating the business impact of data quality issues to stakeholders and tracking remediation plans.

Skills and Experience Profile:

Candidates should possess a strong background in one or more of the following domains: Risk, Finance, or Treasury. Essential experience includes:

  • Implementation of large-scale automation frameworks, strategies, and governance.
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking Products, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), and Credit Risk Requirements (CRR) regulation.
  • Understanding of front-to-back system architecture and processes within an investment bank.
  • Proficiency with Data Management artifacts, tooling, and data flows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are paramount for effective stakeholder engagement.
