Acting as an ambassador for the RealEstate & Facilities team, you will create strong first impressions andensure every guest feels valued through a seamless, digitally enhanced visitorjourney. This role supports a range of services including guest reception,switchboard, lobby management, meeting room coordination, concierge support,and event assistance.What You'll Do:Deliver a best-in-class front-of-house and guest experience, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed, supported, and guided throughout their journey.Use internal systems and digital lobby tools to manage visitor scheduling, orientation, and switchboard services with professionalism and accuracy.Collaborate with the facilities team by completing audits, assisting with administration, supporting events, and maintaining a 5-star workplace environment.Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while upholding GDPR, security standards, and RE&F service guidelines.Proactively identify service improvements, escalate issues promptly, and maintain a flexible, team-focused approach across all duties.What You Bring:A professional, friendly, and articulate host with a positive, can-do attitude and immaculate personal presentation.Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a wide range of people.Tech-savvy and eager to learn about the client, facilities operations, and service standards, absorbing and sharing information effectively.Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.Adaptable, solution-focused, and able to apply logical and creative thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Whatwe offer:Working with Sodexo is more thana job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
