You will play a key role in monitoring service aspects across various homes. This includes the analysis and application of quality metrics, conducting thorough audits, and liaising with the Operational Quality team. A significant part of your responsibility will be partnering with the quality team and Home Managers to develop and implement targeted service improvement plans, defining clear actions, ownership, and timelines to drive positive change.
