The Transport Platform plays a pivotal role in delivering digital, data, and operational capabilities across the consumer vehicle finance ecosystem—supporting brands like Lex Autolease and Black Horse. The platform is responsible for designing and delivering seamless digital journeys for customers—from vehicle selection and finance application to contract management and end-of-term processes. The role of the Reporting, Analytics & Measurement manager involves developing and delivering insight that informs our data-led customer experience ambitions. Using data and insight, you will help us identify where customers experience pain points and be involved in delivering solutions that our colleagues and customer love. The role sits within our Consumer lab, where we specialise in using insight to drive product development, supporting the scaling of propositions and optimising of digital experiences. If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Create and maintain regular reporting across all customer journeys, ensuring outputs are accurate, actionable, and accessible via self-serve tools. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer and colleague experience by translating insight into clear recommendations and working with delivery teams to progress these into solutions. Lead coaching and capability-building across the team, helping colleagues effectively leverage tools such as Contentsquare and Adobe Analytics to uncover behavioural insights and optimise digital experiences. Drive continuous discovery and learning, embedding feedback loops and behavioural insight into product and experience development. Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, CJM, Analytics and Engineering functions to ensure insight & measurement is embedded in delivery and decisioning. What do you need? Experience in a measurement, analytics, or insight role. Strong understanding of customer experience and digital onboarding journeys. Competent in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Power BI). Critical thinking and adaptability in navigating evolving business & customer needs. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on clarity and impact. Proven ability to proactively identify insight and translate it into compelling, engaging narratives that drive action. A natural connector of dots—able to navigate ambiguity, align teams, and help shape the path forward to improve customer and colleague experiences What is desirable? Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data—helpful but not essential. Exposure to closed-loop measurement systems and experimentation frameworks (e.g. A/B testing, control groups). Experience in agile product development environments, particularly in roles that bridge data, product, and customer experience. Background in consulting, strategy, or transformation programmes with a focus on data and measurement. Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate) – helpful but not essential.
