The role: Resource Delivery Manager

In this role to you will ensure effective delivery of exciting resource plans in line with operational requirements and the successful management of a team. You will be responsible for the delivery of short-term resource plans to Cabin Crew, Flight Operations or Heathrow business areas. For example, this could involve working alongside a team of managers overseeing Cabin Crew roster compliance, working with partners within training and supporting other operational areas.

What you’ll do:

Accountable for the delivery of an outstanding planning function. Integral part of the Operations Planning team, interfacing with Stakeholders across operational areas. Integrate with wider Operations Planning team to identify, scope and deliver improvements to the operational planning process.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

Excellent numeracy, analytical skills and the ability to present sophisticated data in simple terms Ability to identify underlying issues to business problems and continually look for ways to do things better Ability to work with ambiguity, constantly evolving demands and plan activities around conflicting priorities

Your experience:

Whilst this is not a HR role, this is a mid-level resource manager role that involves performance management of Resource Delivery Executives and ability to have a good understanding of the financial plans for the business areas you look after, to support with balancing variances to forecasted spend.
