What the day will look like

This role provides an opportunity to:

• Develop a strong understanding of Aon’s DC Solutions and their operations and become an expert in Aon's DC Solutions & Investments, as part of a growing team• Stay up to date with investment and DC developments and input into our suite of DC investment funds• Be part of the development of new investment solutions, including ESG focused funds• Develop strong client relationship and service delivery skills • Develop internal network and build strong working relationship with multiple Aon teams• Contribute to the growth of Aon's DC Solutions through involvement with new business tenders, with the potential to take on further responsibility over time

The role covers a wide range of tasks: investment reporting and proposition development including our private asset solution, ongoing investment governance, client management and new business support. The role brings the opportunity to grow into the team and take on further responsibility over time. There’s also the flexibility to tailor the role to reflect your interests.

DC Solutions is a growing area of our business and Aon's DC Solutions are market leading. Supporting the development and delivery of our DC Solutions is vital to the continued growth of our business and this role will be a key part of facilitating growth and delivery of existing and new solutions into the thriving and competitive DC solutions market.

 Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy, • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex issues in lay terms,• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external clients,• Knowledge of investment markets and ideally (although not essential) knowledge of DC pension schemes, particularly with regards DC investment strategy,• Ability to anticipate potential problems and is pro-active and creative in identifying solutions,• A quick and enthusiastic learner• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage their own and others workload,• A desire to work independently and as part of a wider team,• Excellent working knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint,• Commitment to work towards SM&CR requirements.
