As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be an integral part of the Elsevier Creative team, responsible for shaping the brand's visual identity across a wide range of digital and offline materials. • Multidisciplinary Experience: This role offers a broad scope, encompassing data visualization, editorial design, interactive content creation, and creative direction for events, providing a rich learning and development environment.
  • Career Growth & Development: Elsevier is committed to your long-term success, offering extensive learning and development resources, as well as opportunities to explore new digital technologies and industry trends.

Key Considerations for Candidates:

  • Senior-Level Expertise: The role demands a minimum of five years of experience in a senior graphic/digital design position, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud applications is essential. Experience with photography, photo-editing, and video editing/animation will be highly advantageous.
  • Brand Stewardship: You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all designs adhere to corporate guidelines, maintaining consistency and compliance across all marketing activities.
  • Data Visualization & Editorial Skills: A strong understanding and practical experience in transforming complex data into compelling visualisations and building interactive editorial content are critical requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for consulting with internal stakeholders, presenting creative pitches, and collaborating effectively with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned digital designer to leverage their skills in a dynamic, global organization that values creativity, innovation, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
