The Role: Senior Electrical Engineer – Drive Impact and Innovation
Reporting to the Reliability Engineer, the Senior Electrical Engineer will be a pivotal player in ensuring the reliable performance, throughput, and de-carbonisation of the plant. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with significant leadership and strategic responsibilities:
- Operational and Budgetary Ownership: You will oversee daily electrical operations, manage a dedicated budget for your area (Calcination, BL1, and VAP), and ensure effective Root Cause Analyses (RCA) are completed to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Maintenance Excellence: This role involves preparing shutdown plans, organizing contractor work packages, and utilizing CMMS to build robust yearly maintenance plans and forecast financial requirements.
