The Opportunity:

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment role, based in the UK. As a Senior Project Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the Programme Manager and ensuring the smooth and strategic execution of projects. • Project Scoping and Planning: Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource models, while diligently monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Risk and Governance Management: Proactively managing risk and issue logs, coordinating escalations, and ensuring strict adherence to PMO standards through governance forums and decision gates.
• Reporting and Communication: Delivering insightful dashboards and executive-level updates, meticulously tracking dependencies, and facilitating their resolution across diverse teams.
• Change Management: Supporting change control processes, assessing impacts, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of changes.
• PMO Best Practices: Championing PMO best practices, developing essential templates, and driving continuous process improvement through lessons learned and mentoring.
