Your Role: Empowering Sales Success

As a Field Sales Coach, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales professionals. You will work hand-in-hand with Regional Business Leaders to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and sales mastery. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Hands-on Coaching: Providing direct, in-field coaching to sales team members, reinforcing our established sales model and best practices.
  • Impactful Training: Delivering engaging training sessions during induction programs and internal meetings, equipping the team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
  • New Starter Support: Facilitating dedicated follow-up sessions to ensure new team members effectively embed their learning and achieve early success.
  • Performance Analysis: Observing sales calls, offering constructive and objective feedback, and identifying specific areas for development and recognition of strengths.
  • Progress Tracking: Meticulously tracking and documenting the progress and skill development of each individual, providing valuable insights for their career advancement.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with Regional Business Leaders to align coaching strategies with overarching business objectives and drive new business growth.
  • Business Planning: Contributing to business planning and account development initiatives, ensuring a strategic approach to market penetration.
  • Reporting and Communication: Clearly communicating progress, outcomes, and key insights to sales leadership, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.

What We're Seeking: Your Path to Impact

This role is ideally suited for individuals who are passionate about developing others, thrive in an autonomous environment, and are eager to contribute to a meaningful cause. Key qualifications and attributes include:

  • Essential: Proven experience in sales coaching and training, coupled with a successful track record in sales or sales development.
  • Strong Acumen: Robust business acumen and a deep understanding of the sales process are critical for guiding the team effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication, active listening, and influencing skills are paramount for building rapport and driving change.
  • People Development Focus: A genuine passion for people development and a strong grasp of adult learning principles will be your driving force.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in essential IT tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Power BI is expected.
  • Mobility: A full UK driving licence is required, as the role involves approximately 15 days of travel per month for in-field coaching and key meetings.
