Job Description JOB TITLE: Senior Proposition Manager - 6 month Fixed Term Contract. SALARY: £76,100pa to £89,640pa (pro rata for the contract length). LOCATION: Edinburgh. The Longstanding business area are responsible for the customer proposition for over 1.8 million customers who hold Life, Pension, Investment & Protection policies across the Scottish Widows, Clerical Medical and Halifax brands. We are part of the Chief Customer Office and Longstanding Propositions business area in Insurance, Pensions & Investments division (Lloyds Banking Group). The Strategy Team have responsibility for developing our data strategy, transforming the digital experience and for driving simplification opportunities. This is a great opportunity to join our team at an exciting time, as we're part way through a major customer service improvement programme. The role is six-month fixed contract. Your accountabilities will include: Developing and managing key digital deliverables for our customers and intermediaries as part of the wider improvement programme. Supporting investigation of opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to drive simplification in the business. Managing cross-business areas resource to support projects. Inputting into wider Strategy Team activities.
