As a Senior Technical Learning Coordinator & Apprenticeship Manager, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of technical talent at Bombardier. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs: This includes meticulous scheduling, development of engaging materials, and robust evaluation processes to ensure skill mastery.
- Developing cutting-edge training content: Create and refine curriculum, multimedia teaching aids, and essential compliance training (e.g., EWIS, FTS, HF) to meet the highest industry standards.
- Managing and enhancing learning systems: Oversee training records, certification tracking, and regulatory compliance, while actively utilizing and improving Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning solutions.
