Your Impact and Contributions:
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bombardier's product offerings and service excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Project Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of major projects, guiding them from initial concept through to successful launch within the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborative Pricing and Quoting: Work closely with vendors, aftermarket sales, engineering, and other product administrators to establish accurate pricing and downtime for modification project quotations.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous enhancement of product development processes for avionics, interior, and airframe modifications across all Bombardier aircraft models.
- Market Analysis: Review product portfolios, analyze pricing trends, and research new concepts and products to enrich our offering and align with strategic roadmaps.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Foster and strengthen relationships with vendors, cultivating robust product partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product sales data to inform strategic decisions and ensure consistent product creation and maintenance in accordance with company policies.

What Will Set You Apart:
To truly thrive in this role and make a significant contribution, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with complex avionics and interior modifications/products.
- Thorough understanding of IT interfaces with aircraft systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of maintenance or avionics modification experience specifically on Bombardier-manufactured aircraft.
- Over 2 years of dedicated product development experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 5 years of on-aircraft business aviation experience).
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in researching technical information and conducting marketing analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Service Bulletins, technical documents, aircraft maintenance, and modification programs.
- Competency in using MS Office, Outlook, and other relevant software.
- The ability to articulate complex avionics concepts clearly.
- Working knowledge of applicable FAA, EASA, and TCCA regulations for various operational types (Part 91, 121, 135, 145, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- The ability to effectively communicate product benefits to customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience with interior and avionics installations on Bombardier aircraft is highly valued.
An added asset would be previous experience in product development, further strengthening your candidacy.
