Job Description Supply Chain Quality Manager - Submarines Full time Derby What you will be doing An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Quality Manager to join the business based at Raynesway, Derby. As a member of the Supply Chain Leadership team, you will provide the quality leadership by developing and deploying the appropriate quality vision and tools. You will ideally have good knowledge of both our suppliers and products that will enable you to improve our Supply Chain ‘right first time’ performance. Responsibilities You’ll be required to: Lead, drive, coach and embed the required Quality culture & behaviours across all areas within supply chain. Drive and embed improved quality performance through the deployment of the required metrics & governance. Own and improve the quality performance for Supply Chain on both product and documentation. Lead improvement projects and deploy effective problem solving. Why Rolls-Royce? This is a new Grade C manager role, supporting the Supply Chain ‘Good to Great’ transformation programme. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Supply Chain Capability and have a small team reporting into them. We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits. Who we’re looking for The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills, experience and qualifications: Experienced in operational quality in a high complexity, low volume environment Capability to communicate complex and critical information at all levels Excellent problem solving skills Demonstrated capability to deliver and lead improvement projects Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Industry Join us & help the Rolls-Royce Submarines Supply Chain team go from ‘Good to Great’.
