Join our award-winning Fleet Services team, an integral part of East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors / Workshop Controllers to support the maintenance of our diverse and varied fleet.
About the Role:You will oversee the day-to-day running of a busy vehicle maintenance workshop, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of service. Duties include:
Managing planned maintenance schedulesDiagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, from LGVs to plant equipmentSupervising staff and prioritising workloadsAbout You:
Highly skilled and experienced vehicle technicianPrevious experience as a shift supervisor or workshop controllerStrong communication and people management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:
